-1, many people have other players buy them feats instead of spending the money themselves. The point of having a $60 unban is that (usually) it is hard to get people to buy you the feature for ECD, especially since you aren't in game to advertise. Therefore you have to pay for it yourself and it's kind of pointless to spend $60 of your own money just so you can troll again/get banned again.

 

How about just don't be stupid and get banned enough where you need to buy one... Not hard:D

Not only do you get unbanned, but you get the features as well, thus (technically) giving the player a better advantage than when they were first banned.

 

Edit: It would be better for the "permabanned" players to go out of pocket to reverse their bans. What you are suggesting may cause an increase in trolling behaviour because some players have several hundreds worth of features at their disposal, especially those with $300 in useless sg kits. (That they may not have even paid USD for in the first place)

I believe the suggestion is saying that if I bought Fly for $60 USD, I can exchange Fly (as in I don't have Fly anymore) instead of paying $60 again. Still a -1 though, kinda defeats the purpose.
