Add Snowblocks to Bridges​

What are you suggesting:

Long, long ago, in a land far far away... Snowblocks could be used in bridges. I used this for the ECC Olympics in 2014 to run the spleef game. I recently returned to the Olympic stadium, and sure enough Snowblocks still work on Archive in Bridges. I think this should return cause why not? And spleef.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Spleef. Snowblocks are pretty and could make a good bridge... Idk why not?​
