Adjust /help colours​

What are you suggesting:

Add a note that warns players about using specific color codes while changing their nicknames and sign colors.
(Colors specified to staff members and the color(s) specified to trade signs)
Either make it say something like "these colors cannot be used in nicknames and these cannot be used on signs"
or "you need this staff rank to use this color in your nickname and you cannot use this color on signs"​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Because there is no warning about using some colors in certain situations and this may cause some people get in trouble while changing their nicknames and end up being annoyed (because /nick has a cooldown of 5 minutes no matter the attempt fails or succeds)​
