Add /recipe command​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

There's a lot of times when you want to find out the recipe for something. The command /recipe is already built into the Essentials plugin that is being used and can simply be added to all ranks or to a donation feature package such as ExtCommands. This would encourage new players to buy the feature as well as be a pretty neat addition.​
