Rules:
1. Must be done on a 100% clean flat map.- You will provide the map download to us and we will schematic this and load it into the server.
2. You must benchmark it first. All potential shop plots need to be filled with signs with text on all 4 lines.
3. You must submit the .schematic of the build via your preferred host before March 19th 2016
4. The design must be able to be extended without increasing the area too much.
5. The design must be able to hold a minimum of 72 shops.
