Instructions:
Kill a passive mob and 1xp is gained for each mob killed
How many times did you recreate this?:
Tested on all mobs types that could be found and all were presenting this issue.
Result:
Passive mobs are giving xp orbs when killed in rising.
Expected Result:
No xp orbs given when killing passive mobs in rising.

That's normal as far as I can recall. I believe only ores aren't meant to drop exp in Rising.

According to our code, this is the functionality we provide:
Fish, Mobs, Quartz exp available everywhere.
Furnace and Block exp available in mining world.
@ClarinetPhoenix please test and verify this is correct, especially the furnace part. -

Fishing and Mobs offer exp in the Rising world
Nether Quartz exp is only a thing if the ores are broken in the Mining world (this is correct and intended)
Ores are dropping exp in the mining world.
Furnaces offer mcmmo mining exp when smelting in rising or mining, but no exp in the mining world.-
