Lately, there have been bouts of server lag that affects many users, myself included.
At random times, (most recently just now, at about 6:32 PM ET), the server will lag, players will "rubberband", and many will be kicked.

At this time I will simply assume this boils down to network issues with our provider at the time of this report.
