Enable /rn in games​

What are you suggesting:

Enable the use of the /rn (user) and /rn ** while in games of SG.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I think this was intended as it's possible to do while in the lobby. However it would be useful to see what players' nicknames are in game as well, if you forget to check while in the lobby.​
