Brief Description:
Sponges used NEXT to water do not become "soaked" as they should. Sponges used IN water do become soaked, as they should.
Sponges are supposed to get wet no matter where they are placed if they suck up water.
Instructions:
Take a dry sponge. place it next to water BUT NOT IN IT. It will suck up the water but not become soaked/wet.
Take a dry sponge, place it IN WATER. It will suck up the water AND become soaked.
How many times did you recreate this?:

Result:
sponges are not soaked.
Expected Result:
sponges to become soaked.

that's because it still uses old functionality from the plugin, which just deletes water, so the sponge never soaks up water.
