[Suggestion] Add iron/gold tools/armor to smelt

Suggestion:
With 1.11.2 you can smelt down iron/gold things into iron/gold nuggets, I'm suggesting adding this to /smelt instead of having to use a furnace.
Reason:
It's something you smelt, it would make smelting from fishing a lot easier if it was added into the command.

Then dont smeltall in that case, just smelthand? Still faster than a furnace

 

With the new update it is now a vanilla feature. It just doesnt work with the smelt command.
