Suggestion:
I am suggesting adding a chat channel for Jobs
Reason:
As it is currently if you want a job done you would usually put it in the trade channel which is crowded with an endless number of others things. Using this you would be able to type /join Job and instantly there would be another chat for you to put your jobs in. There other people can find jobs easier without having to carefully search trade chat.

Its not so much Finding workers that I'm worrying about its finding jobs I almost never find any because I usually don't keep to keen of an eye on Trade chat
