Post your favorite books with its category! I like to read science fiction/novels about almost anything related to science. However I love reading about space and things related to it. Also, I give authors credit. Feel free to talk about books, just please stay on topic!

Doubt anyone has heard of these books, but the series is called "The Wheel Of Time" by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson. It's fiction/novel.
I haven't finished all of them yet but it's a good read. It's very detailed and kind of slow moving but it's worth it. -

Excellent books listed.
So many books, so little space...
OK, I'll try to keep this to a minimum.
Warning: If you are offended easily, some of these books are not for you.
The Hitchhiker's Guide To the Galaxy (all 5+ books)* - Douglas Adams
*You haven't lived until you have read this.
The Lord of the Rings - JRR Tolkein
Dragonlance Legends - Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman
The Elegant Universe - Brian Greene
'Superstrings, Hidden Dimensions, and the Quest for the Ultimate Theory' - 'nuff said.
Isaac Asimov (Robot Series, Foundation Series)
I recommend reading in order of written and not chronologically as there are spoilers in some books.
Orson Scott Card (Ender Saga)
At least READ the first book. It is a quick read compared to the others. First book anyone can read and enjoy; the rest of the series is not light reading. Only read on if you are ok with the pace being a lot slower. You were warned.
Frank Herbert (Dune Saga)
This is not a light read. This makes the Ender Saga seem light.
Sherlock Holmes - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
(The Prince and the Pauper, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court) Mark Twain
Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury
And the Gods Laughed - Fredric Brown
(The Great Train Robbery, The Andromeda Strain) - Michael Chrichton
(The Eyes of the Dragon, The Bachman Books) - Stephen King
Lone Wolf Series - Joe Dever
The Boomer Bible - Robbin F. Laird
Maybe I should stop before this is considered spam. Yeah, I read a lot.-

I haven't read the dune saga yet because I haven't seen it but I watched the movie and it's good and I'm still reading foundation series. I'm on third book I think and I'll add more books later.

-Lord of the Rings books for sure, even though I haven't read the third book yet. (No one tell me what happens please!!!)
-All Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books. If you've heard people talking about 42 being the meaning of life, and you're confused, read this. Pretty easy reads, but very funny.
-I've read Hawking's A Brief History of Time before, because I'm a nerd. Actually pretty good though.
-I'm planning on reading Dune sometime soon, looking forward to it.
As for a book I didn't like, The Hunger Games. Just so, meh, you know? I thought it was way too predictable. If I was the author I would have had Peeta die and have it be Rue and Katniss as the final two. But just my opinion. Everyone else really liked that book, whatever.-
