@DeMacca and I have come to the realization that well, some people still might not trust me entirely and especially with another investment idea. While this sadden's me because I would never intentionally do anything to harm anyone, I understand why people still might have doubts. So, what we have decided to do is to transfer my 'Stock Portfolio Holder' role back to under @DeMacca's name. That's right, @DeMacca will now be handling all stocks and making the trades himself. I will still have a say of course, but we thought that the community might feel a bit more comfortable if it was under @DeMacca's name rather than myself for the time being. I like your idea. Although I don't believe you can make so much money from stock market, I'd like to try and see. But I have some questions here I think you didn't mention in your post: if you made some profit, when will you pay dividend? Will you do that on a monthly basis? Will all the shareholders get paid at the same time? Is there a way that I can know the status of the investment, like how much money you made at a certain time? Thank you.

 

All accepted. However, due to some complications with the current contract, we will most likely need to revise and slightly change a few things. We will send an update ALL changes that are made, I am just waiting for @DeMacca to get online so we can discuss this. After the changes have been made, I will update the thread so everyone can see. Applications are still open for anyone looking to invest, you will just have to wait a bit for us to make some changes before we can go ahead and do a contract.

@luccowarleo I am not ignoring your questions. I am simply waiting for @DeMacca so we can discuss a few things first. We will answer all your questions once we have updated. Thanks for being patient guys and we are sorry for the slight delay :(. We had actually asked all of the higher up Admins to check over our contract for these specific reasons before releasing but we were either ignored or they did not want to do it :/ That is why we are having to deal with it now. Once again, we are sorry for the delay

o_O so much trouble with the contracts. I can't find anything wrong with them, yet:

@UnitedStates2 Why can there only be fixed interest?

 

It is because there is no way for them to physically track whether were actually using YOUR investment money or not. There is no way to track exactly how much is being made off of each investment. The main thread or even a spreadsheet does not count as liable evidence. This is just what I have been told from a moderator's standpoint. The reason that we are required to offer the fixed interest is so that we essentially are not getting an interest-free loan. We would never do this of course and either way we will still go by our own rules listed on the main thread post, but yea that is why we are having so many issues
