I'll need to know the exact command you are using to properly diagnose this of course. @xPriamx

 

I was able to replicate this bug with the following commands:

- /userban nano lvnp (user was offline)
- /userban nano 7amoodw (user was online)

Both commands (as well as '/userunban') resulted in the error message shown in the screenshot from xPriamx above, stating "I'm sorry, but you do not have permission to perform this command... etc" - I am a listed region owner of the town nano; this was also tested with station0 where the same happened.

The following command for the night vision flag returned an error message stating "You don't have permission".
/rg flag nano night-vision true

I can post screenshots if needed.

 

I haven't tried the TownPolice feature, but everybody seems to experience the same issue with night-vision flag

 

I have just tested the night vision command on ancastals town - "magic"

I am added as a region owner and get "You dont have permission" - this doesnt work via the flags gui or via command

Commands tried:

/rg flag -w "rising" magic night-vision true
/rg flag -w "rising" magic night-vision allow
/rg flag -w "rising" magic night-vision false
/rg flag -w "rising" magic night-vision deny

 

Bear in mind, the night vision option was added to Town Control Plus3. I get that the post can be easy to misread but it did actually specify that.

I can confirm that all the commands from TownPolice, following commands /userban, and /userunban gives this error...

 

I can confirm both region bans and night vision have successfully worked for me as expected @andrewkm.

 

Ah, minor oversight.
Both TownPolice and TownControlPlus3's night-vision should now be fixed.
