I have a pending Town Claim on this and was informed I had to do a transfer. I honestly am not sure how to proceed, but I just really want the town and the original owner has no intentions of returning. Whether I can claim or transfer, just let me know.

The wiki says this:
"You may also claim towns which you are the new owner of and have an official transfer contract with in our Contracts forum.

• You will need to provide a contract thread link of the signed contract by both parties and you will need to be the current owner in the /rg info <townname> command of that specific town to officially claim a transferred town. "

 

Apparently this contract is not needed and I am removing the funds from main back to my forum bank.
