Brief Description:
I am unable to change the type of cat my pet is. When using commands, I receive an error message stating "permission needed to do that" and when using the gui menu after right clicking on my pet cat, no options appear in the cat type section.

Instructions:

Method 1:
1. Acquire the Pet Cat feature
2. Attempt to spawn in a pet cat with a specific type with the /pet command (red for example)

Method 2
1. Spawn a pet cat using /pet
2. Right click on the pet cat
3. Navigate to the cat type menu

Results:
- The pet cat type is unable to be changed by using commands or by using the pet feature gui.

Expected Result:
- The pet cat type should be able to be changed using /pet commands or through the pet feature gui by selecting one of the many options in the menu.
