Brief Description: Unable to use my /magic as i have Wizard.
Instructions: I tried to use my /magic and then this happened:
How many times did you recreate this?: multiple, relogged several times and was unable to use on armor, or tools.
Result: unable to use /magic on any tools or armor that i own.
Expected Result: /magic command would upgrade my tool/armor to the next level.

Armor may only be updated with WizardPlus rank.
Regarding the sword, please give it to @ClarinetPhoenix, and she will hand it to me and I will attempt to reproduce it.
I have tried reproducing this on my alt account and simply cannot. Am able to use /magic just fine.
EDIT: I've also just checked the logs and it seems other users are using /magic just fine, so this must be an issue with the sword you are holding. -

Seems for some reason this is only an issue with Magic Melon Swords after they have been taken out of the Travel Bag due to conversion.
We are working / investigating this.
PS: Regarding the armor you were trying on, please notice the error is different and permission based, this is because using /magic on armor requires WizardPlus. -

Your conversion items should correctly have /magic applied to them.
