    The proof is in the pudding. Back paid the 65k pretending it was the 50k he owed me and he was being nice because the complaint. But in reality he ADMITS to owing me since he CLAIMS to have paid above. But he still owes me 50k

    Okay, I'm going to be denying this complaint for several reasons. For one, your evidence doesn't proves he scammed you anything. He also doesn't appear to be admitting to anything here, he just says "I have paid this user EXTRA money for his loss; sorry to hear :(". Even if you did have enough evidence, and he did "admit" to it, he paid you $65,000, more than the amount you said that he owes you. You also can't seem to prove that this $65,000 is from something else.
