this contract only clarifies that it is 50% of total debt due that week.
So... the 50k is late a week = +25k

Then 200k was late = +100k

so that is only 125k in late fees that need addressed. Can I ask where you get 350k from?

Which occured when he was late for the 200k, totalling 250k late (which was already added to the 125k)

 

Would you be able to lessen the late fees? I feel it is a bit unfair to add so much in late fees just because I was banned and couldn't make any payments during that time.

 

And initially, I owed you a whopping 2.4m and paid it down to 2.1m.. Why put it back at about 2.5m, higher than the original amount..?

 

This is absurd, I'm not doing anything more than $125,000 in late fees. I'd rather take a ban and get a restructured time-frame to repay.

 

I think what he is saying is he declines your offer anyhow and would rather accept a ban and have to restructure his payments then to pay a hefty extra fee.
