(s)he has currently been banned for greifing which I understand is unrelated to this incident. I am mainly filing the complaint as if the accused ever appeals and is unbanned i'd like to receive my money.

Since it has been over 24 hours since @HeliosCattles's last reply, it seems to me like he is not willing to negotiate with @ScottSmithScott1. Therefore, I will add Loan Scamming (ScottSmithScott1) to his ban reason.
