Attempted Scamming

So, let me start by saying no scam was committed, however this whole thing seems very suspicious and I decided to post this complaint.

Ok, so the first thing that happened was that Noah said selling features. When asked what he was selling for he replied 5k/USD. This to me seemed pretty suspicious as most people sell for 6k+ and the player has a history of scamming. It wasnt much money in feats tho so I decided to continue. Anyway, It responded that I would like to buy feed. (The price of this is 100k @ 5k/USD).
We then agreed on half payment upfront, half upon getting the feature. I then paid Noah 50k. This is where things get questionable.
Upon paying the 50k Noah then left for a little bit. I waited a little bit then Noah asked for the other 50k. I responded that I wasn't paying until I got the feature. I believe he said ok or something like that and no more messages were exchanged for a few minutes.
Then after a few minutes had passed Noah messaged me saying that he couldn't by the feature, he said it wouldn't let him or something of the sort. Then of course, I said ok can I have my 50k back.He then responded If I win this lotto you can have it back the money is in lotto.
A few minutes later he won the lotto and proceeded to give me my 50k back.

So, the reason that I posted this complaint is that I question whether he was really ever planning on selling features at all or if he was just trying to get some money to lotto. A couple things make me think this.
- He was selling for a low price and didnt even try and haggle.
- He has a history of scamming.
- He left after I paid him 50k then came back and asked for the other 50k. I cant remember whether he said he was going to buy the feature after receiving the first 50k but if he did it further solidifies my claim.
- There were quite a few minutes between him asking for the second 50k and him saying the feature cant be bought. This was a ways after I sent him the first 50k, I would think he would be aware of any actual problems well before this.​

Player is still scamming lol. I was looking for features in trade chat when he messaged me (He clearly forgot who I was) I decided to play along



Watch as I offer to buy from him. When I ask if I could relay the money to a mod then him after I get the feature he decides he doesn't feel like selling anymore. Amazing.
