When entering a region with the vanish entry flag set to deny and you are in vanish it still allows you to enter, however if you enter the region without vanish it does not let you vanish while in the region

Instructions:
1) enter vanish
2) go into a region with the vanish entry deny flag set to deny
3) leave the region
4) turn off vanish
5) re enter the region
6) try to enter vanish.

I recreated this 4 times

result:
Was able to enter the region when I was vanished, but if I entered without being in vanish and tried to vanish while in the region it wouldn't let me.

Expected Result:

To not be allowed to enter a region with this flag set to deny in vanish.
