Reach for the Stars: A netherstar is the only item for sale, whatever the price you set it as. Makes you have to kill the wither. This is a challenging VMR game mode, so I do not know if this will work or not.
Catch That Tune: CD disc hunting, the rarer the disc the more it's worth
Prices:
Cat/13: $10
All other CD's: $100
According to the wiki all other CD's have a similar chance of dropping, and since cat and 13 can be found so easily apart from finding the others, I feel like this is a reasonable price for this
MayFlower's Journey: Collecting the various flower vegetation!
Price:
$1 for every type of flower.

In vanilla minecraft you can spawn the dragon multiple times now, since you can create end crystals in vanilla (you need to place four on any of the towers for it to spawn)
The egg is however only dropped by the first dragon.-
