Increase vmr balance payouts​

What are you suggesting:

The rewards for having the top balance for a vmr theme should be increased to align with the current economy on the main server. I’m not going to give a value that it should be I think the rewards should just be reevaluated. The largest reward 125k ecd is an amount that players can make on main server in about an hour and a half. Grinding for a whole week to secure 1st place and then only getting 125k makes it seem like the rewards are too low.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It gives players another reason to grind and play the server week to week. Having there be multiple good ways to participate in the main economy is always a good thing.​
