What are you suggesting:

In the text under the “Complaint box” (The one that reads “Describe your complaint in detail. What happened?...) to add something like “Any complaints against SG hacking should be sent to a GA+ via private messaging”​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

We don’t want any public accusations of hacking because the accused might stop hacking for a bit, making it hard for staff to catch them (if they are indeed hacking). Typically, this is public knowledge, yet as of recent, there were two public accusations of hacking.

By adding this, not only would it help players who don’t know the rule to file an accusation correctly, but also remind players who do know it so they don’t make a mistake.​
