Make someone in charge of sportsbook​

What are you suggesting:

That a GA or someone that is trusted by the community and trusted by andrew be in charge of sportsbook
The person in charge can take suggestions and make wagers​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

- 5B ecd has been bet through sportsbook and 3B was lost so money would be flushed out of the economy due to even a higher number of games available

- The forums would become more active as people would check everyday for games and would take a look around and engage in other sections

- Andrew would save time and hence focus on more important things​
