Brief Description: I accidentally used /repair in skyblock on some shears. I received the message "insufficient permission" so I tried /fix. I received the cooldown message with no fix for the shears. Then I tried /fix all and that didn't work either.

How many times did you recreate this?: Just the once.

Result: My shears were not repaired and I'm on cooldown anyway.

Expected Result: I would have repaired shears.

Evidence: Please take my word on it, I don't want to get screenshots atm for something so small...

    I cannot reproduce this.
I was able to repair shears just fine.

Please ensure you use the /fix command.

The /repair command may have activated your cooldown, even tho it is the wrong command.
Try again after cooldown is expired.
