Bring back CustomTag​

What are you suggesting:

To bring back the use of custom user tags in chat, as a paid donation feature.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

CustomTags are a great way to express something about yourself on the server. You could use them to represent a team or friend group ( [TeamBird] for example), make a simple ad ( [WarpFarm] ) or just use them for memes ( [AndrewSmells], [SadPepe] etc). Mods/Admins could police any inappropriate ones if needed just as we do with nicknames.​

Other information:

As long as it's not too hard to code back in, I think people would like this simple cosmetic addition.​
