I noticed people have 3 year memberships how do you play on one place for 3 years? What keeps you going?
Well, for me, it's just fun to be with people you play with every day, and there's also the goals and the satisfaction of reaching them. It has become very hard to stop playing on Ecc because I am very loyal towards my community and that Ecc was one of the first servers I ever played on. (The second, to be exact; the first one lost its playerbase and got shut down, sadly.)
I have 3 month membership now, lol, but I stay on this server because the majority of the community is awesome, because there are no server resets (thank god), and because of the massive amounts of adventures ahead.
While I'm no longer active except for the forums, what has kept me here for nearly four years would have to be my friends like @7amoodw said.
The forums. I occasionally spend a few months actually playing the game but most of the time I'm just on the forums.
I agree. A majority of the community the community is awesome except for me of coarse. I can make that all of that change by realizing how wrong it is. There is nothing wrong with you or the community as a whole. It is me who is the problem. Everyone deserves the same respect. This should go on your profile but hell, why should I? This server is amazing. I'm just so happy right now. Sorry for everything. Be happy, respectful, and stay strong! I LOVE ECC
I haven't been her too long, but what keeps me going is my friends on here, ever time I find a new friend it's like finding a diamond, it makes me feel special it makes me feel like I'm apart of this community! I almost left ECC because the rule that wouldn't let you swear was lifted for a while and that I didn't like, if it weren't for my friends I wouldn't be here
Been here for 5 years, the community is what keeps me around. I love the amount that everyone dedicates themselves to the server. Personally, I also really like helping out where I can!
It is a real community with real people who really care and who can become your real friends. I also play on this server with my irl friends as well. It is a "homey" place on the internet. Plus I love flapping my yap for all those sweet rates. Kuke is wonderful on forum as is eek. The SA team is beyond description. And andrewkm the server owner as well as JamieSinn the head dev have a very interesting sense of humor I enjoy. But I know people here in the less than 6 months I've been here, that I legitimately care about as human beings. ECC is a remarkable place.
I'll get my 6 month medal in 4 days on forums. Technically I spent about a week skulking about ecc trying to figure things out before making my forum profile but I wasn't terribly competent for those few days lol.
